Pablo Pichel has worked for years as a candid photographer on the streets of major European cities like Amsterdam, Rome and Milan.

His surreal scenes give insight into a reality where anything could happen, at any moment.

But in the midst of all the absurdity and uncertainty, there remain faces and feelings that could be recognized.

Pablo Pichel has travelled and photographed for the Dutch lifestyle magazines Italië Magazine and Leven in Frankrijk, aimed at lovers of the corresponding countries.

Besides magazines, he has also worked for the education department of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam and the program department of Paleis Het Loo in Apeldoorn.
